To initiate a return, please ensure the following:

* Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting 
our customer service.
* Include the following information inside your return package: your 
order number, the name used when placing the order, the item(s) you 
are returning, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return 
(optional but recommended).

Return Conditions:

* Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the receipt of your order.
* Products must be in their original condition, unopened or opened but unused.
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except 
in cases where the error is ours (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
* Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refunds:

* Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process 
your refund.
* Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 
30 days from the date of the refund request.
