e-commerce website owned and operated by SKINRENEW LLC, a company
headquartered at 1831 13th Ave E, Bradenton, FL 34108.
Partner: We partner with USPS for our shipping services, selecting
the carrier based on regional coverage and the specific requirements
of each package. Factors such as package dimensions, total weight,
and level of fragility determine whether USPS provides the most
reliable and cost-effective option to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within one (1) to two (2)
business days. Shipping time is estimated to be two (2) to seven (7)
business days from the date your order ships out. Please note that
during high volume periods or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g.,
weather conditions), shipments may be delayed. If there is a significant
delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or
telephone.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated
and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes: SKINRENEW LLC ships to addresses within the
U.S., including P.O. boxes. However, we reserve the right to refuse
delivery to P.O. boxes. Large orders are typically not able to be
shipped to P.O. boxes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment
confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages: SKINRENEW LLC is not liable for any products damaged or
lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please
contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all
packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
